The following companies are ultimately controlled by "Bentonite Company" LLC:
"Bentonite of Khakassia" Ltd. is based in Chernogorsk city (Republic of Khakassia). The company operates mine on the "10th Khutor" deposit and plant, which produces soda ash activated bentonite, bentonite powder and granular bentonite. The plant has around 438 000 tpy of capacity for bentonite and 103 000 tpy for bentonite powder.
"Bentonite of Kurgan" Ltd. is based in Kurgan city. The company operates mine on the "Zyryanskoye" deposit and plant, which produces activated bentonite and bentonite powder. The plant has around 249 000 tpy of capacity for mining bentonite and around 105 000 tpy of capacity for bentonite powder.
"Glinopererabotka" Ltd. is based in Bryansk city. The company operates plant, which produces activated bentonite form "10th Khutor", "Zyryanskoye" and "Dash-Salakhly" deposits. In 2006 "Glinopererabotka" Ltd. diversified into production of pet litter. The plant has 30 000 tpy of capacity for pet litter production.
JV "AzRosPromInvest" Ltd. is based in Dash-Salakhly village, Republic of Azerbaijan. The plant has over 208 000 tpy of capacities for bentonite production.
All production facilities have comprehensive quality testing where crude material and all products are monitored daily.
