Bentacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is manufactured according to TU 08.12.22-013-01424676-2019 and is designed to be used as an anti-adherent and anti-shrinking binder in green sand moulds for the manufacturing of iron castings. Currently, ten different grades of Benacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> compound are manufactured. Carbon content in Betacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> product of different grades is from 15.0% to 50%. Bentacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> manufacturing uses highly heat-resistant bentonite.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bentonit.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bentacarb_logo-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1759\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Main advantages of Bentacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> series:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>high binding and anti-adherent properties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduction of the total consumption of moulding materials (bentonite and carbon anti-adherent additive);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduction of hopper and dispensing systems in mixture preparation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elimination of operation of additives preliminary mixing directly at the foundry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u043e\u0431\u0435\u0441\u043f\u0435\u0447\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a\u0430\u0447\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0440\u0430\u0441\u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0435\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f \u043a\u043e\u043c\u043f\u043e\u043d\u0435\u043d\u0442\u043e\u0432 \u0432 \u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0447\u043d\u043e\u0439 \u0441\u043c\u0435\u0441\u0438;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improving the castings knockout from moulds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prevention of spontaneous combustion of carbon-containing anti-adherent additives during storage in warehouses and in supply silos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optimization of logistics issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>High heat resistance, strength and anti-adherent efficiency of Bentacarb<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> materials allow:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reduce the consumption of moulding components,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduce concentration of harmful substances emitted to the atmosphere by foundry enterprises,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improve the ecological conditions in the working area,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increase the surface quality and reduce the cast iron production cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The new binder technology does not require modification of process equipment.
