Bentonite for agriculture

Bentonite (montmorillonite) in agriculture is used as a mineral raw material in the production of feed additives, feed mixtures, and compounds for all types of farm animals, including birds and fish.

It contributes to proliferative processes of organs and tissues, intensifies protein biosynthesis, normalizes metabolic processes, helps better use of nutrients, microelements and vitamins, stimulates animal productivity. It improves the strength of pellets when pelletising feed, is thermally stable.

Bentonite has high adsorption, catalytic, ion-exchange activity. It adsorbs alkaloids, dyes, heavy metals, toxins of microorganisms, nitrates and nitrites, and other harmful substances.

• In the manufacture of bedding dehumidifiers, which are designed to control moisture, pathogens, and ammonia. Bedding dehumidifier improves sanitary and hygienic conditions of keeping newborn animals and staff work.
• in soil amelioration as a carrier of nutrient elements for plants. Having properties to retain moisture and nutrients, bentonite forms a favourable environment for plant nutrition in the root zone.
