A large mineral resources base ensures stability of bentonite production process, volumes and product quality. Expansion of the raw material base is one of the strategic objectives of Bentonite Group. Therefore, Bentonite Group conducts exploration works not only in the area of еру current production infrastructure, but also expands its licence portfolio in new promising regions.

Geological Exploration

Expansion of the raw material base is one of strategic tasks of Bentonite Group. Solid mineral and raw material base ensures stability of production activities, reaching the target extraction volumes and quality of bentonite raw material.

Bentonite Extraction

Bentonite Group extracts bentonite at high-quality bentonite clay deposits in Russia (Republic of Khakassia, Kurgan Region) and in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Republic of Azerbaijan. Total reserves volume is more than 80 million tons. It guarantees 150 years of operational period at the current level of extraction.

Quality Control

In its work, Bentonite Group is guided by the principles of social responsibility and the highest quality and environmental protection standards. At all production stages, from raw material extraction to product shipment, bentonite undergoes operational quality control in in-house laboratories.
