BENTOVIN is made on the basis of sodium bentonite clay from Dash-Salakhly deposit (Republic of Azerbaijan).
Bentovin® has very high protein (protein) adsorption properties. The product is characterised by extremely strong swelling in water, as well as the ability to exchange reaction, which plays a major role in the process of wine clarification, in which the wine is freed from proteins, enzymes and other undesirable impurities, as a result of which its resistance against colloidal turbidity increases.

Its main difference is its independent use for protein stabilisation or in combination as an auxiliary agent before clarification. It has a high protein binding capacity, resulting in less decanting losses.

Features:

  • Has a high protein binding ability, resulting in a dense sediment and less loss when wine material is transferred;
  • High degree of swelling is achieved at a temperature of 75-80o C;
  • Can be used without boiling.
