TECHNOLOGICAL AID VINOBENT
VINOBENT is made on the basis of calcium bentonite clay from the 10 Khutor deposit (Republic of Khakassia). This is a unique Russian deposit in terms of the breadth of application areas.
The product is characterised by good swellability in water, as well as the ability to exchange reaction, which plays the main role in the process of wine glazing, during which the wine is freed from proteins, enzymes and other undesirable impurities, as a result of which its resistance against colloidal turbidity increases.
Features:
- Possesses accelerated precipitation, which saves time in production;
- Allows for significant reduction of adhesive precipitation during processing;
- Maximum swelling is achieved by boiling the resulting aqueous suspension.
